The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis, system engineering support from Litton Applied Technology Division (LATD), San Jose, California, for the support of the AN/ALR-67(V)2 system. As the designer and developer of the AN/ALR-67(V)2, LATD has the engineering and software expertise necessary to provide this support for the AN/ALR-67(V)2 and its system.
