The Air Force is seeking potential sources to provide Personnel Support Services for DOD and contractor personnel located in Egypt. These services will include, but not be limited to: housing/billeting (lease/maintenance, furniture and appliances, utilities, security); vehicles (lease and/or purchase, maintenance, insurance, licensing (non-DOD), drivers, fuel); medical care emergency, routine, immunizations, medical evacuation); recreation (facility, local trips, sports equipment, food service); communication services (telephone/fax,operate/maintain repeater station, base station, TV satellite dish); custodial services (cleaning offices/billeting, pest control, sanitation, refuse collection); fire and security (operate/maintain fire station/equipment, security and fire safety training); administrative support (local personnel hiring and training, conference assistance, clerical support); and miscellaneous support (mail service, banking, travel assistance, customs/visa/local tax assistance). Multiple awards are not being considered at this time. Firms having the capabilities and demonstrated experience in the above areas are invited to submit their qualification (not to exceed 20 pages in length) including resumes, previous and current contracts, and other related experience. A list of three references by agency/company, contract number, location of performance, point of contact and telephone number shall be included.
