R -- COUPON DISTRIBUTION SERVICES Sol DECA01-95-R-COUP. The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking qualified sources to provide a means by which to distribute grocery product manufacturer coupons within the military commissaries. The intent of this notice is to secure information concerning what systems or services may be available in the specific area of in-store coupon dispenser machines. However, information concerning other means of coupon distribution may also be submitted. There is no solicitation. In the event the agency should elect to develop an actual requirement for these products in the future, a new synopsis announcing that fact will be published. Firms that may offer these types of items/services are invited to submit information which thoroughly describes what is available, to include any applicable pricing or revenue sharing information, as applicable.
