The contractor shall provide all services and materials for the preparation of personal property (including servicing of appliances for movement or storage, drayage and related services for the Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB), Barstow, California and the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, California. The contractor must be approved by the Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC) and fall within the Personal Property Shipping Office's (PPSO) area of responsibility. Period of performance shall be 1 July 1995 through 30 June 1996 with four (4) option years.
