The contractor is to provide all material, labor, equiment supervision to the construction of a Jet Fuel Storage Complex. The facility will consist of (2) 2,500 BBL JP-8 fuel storage tanks, pumphouse/control building, fuel loading and offloading systems, product recovery system, POL Operations Building, Liquid Oxygen (LOX) Storage Facility, Vehicle Operator Maintenance Building, refueler parking area, fire protection water line improvements and demolition of the existing POL Facility. Construction of the proposed project is the New York Air National Guard Base, Francis S Gabreski Airport, Westhampton Beach, New York. The magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. IFB DAHA30-95-B-0003 will be issued on/about 20 March 1995 with a BOD on/about 19 April 1995. The performance time for this project will be 365 calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
