The building is a two story structure with an approximate area of 20,600 square feet for the first floor and 6,900 square feet for the second floor. The building will be provided with complete HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and electrical systems. The work also includes completion of utility systems for the building and construction of paving adjacent to the building and improvements and extension of the North Road.
