The work consists of all work required to complete the removal and/or replacement of 15 (ea) Underground Fuel Storage Tanks, and installation of a new single wall Steel Above-Ground Fuel Storage Tank with a containment area and associated apurtenances. Also complete removal and replacement of 8 Oil/Water Separators. Installation of new double wall steel Oil/Water Separator, with electronic monitoring of interstitial space and associated piping and appurtenances. Replace of contaminated soil with clean material, includes removal, segration, hauling, stockpiling and securing of contaminated soil. Install electronic oil level sensors for Oil/Water Separators. Install electronic inventory and leak detection on all above ground tanks. Located at the 125th FIG, Air National Guard Base, Jacksonville, Florida. This proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent set aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the Contracting Officer above, evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of their intentions to bid as prime contractors, also indicate bonding approval maximum amount and eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business conern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. Estimated cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000.
