The work includes surface preparation, preparation of painted surfaces coated with lead-containing paint, spot priming and application of prime, intermediate and top coats on various interior building surfaces, such as walls, partitions, ceilings, doors and frames, windows, cabinets, shelves, stair railings, ductwork, piping and trimwork. Surfaces to be painted include wood, plywood, metal, plaster, wallboard, concrete, brick and masonry. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, scaffolding and equipment necessary to perform all operations, complete and ready for use. Sic Code is 1721. The Size Standard is $7.0 million annual receipts for preceding three years. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent set for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should be as early as possible not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office above evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued Unrestricted without further notice.
