Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to; the removal and replacement of existing shingles (SSR), felt, trim, gutter, downspout, flashings, ridge vent, ridge cap, deteriorated sheathing/nailers, wood framing and other miscellaneous items, as directed to provide a complete clean surface for new work. The reapair of the roofs will be in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings forming parts thereof, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Performance period is 365 calendar days after Notice of Award and will be a Requirements Type contract. A solicitaton will be issued on or about 10 March 1995.
