Electrical work will consist of replacing the lighting system throughout the facility. Architectural work will consist of replacing the acoustical ceilings, removing existing single pane windows and installing new double pane insulated glass, and filling in some window openings with brick construction. The majority of work under this project must be performed while school is out of session during the summer of 1995. The cost range for this solicitation is: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000.
