Solicitation 21-95-C-6282. The work includes excavating and removal of existing underground storage tanks, associated equipment and piping. Soil shall be tested for contamination by the Contractor in the presence of the Maryland State Inspector prior to backfilling the excavation. If contaminated soil is found, the Contractor will be required to remove and dispose of the contaminated soil. The Contractor shall restore the site and install two new Government furnished above ground storage tanks. The projected date for the availability of the solicitation package is 03/13/95. The projected bid opening date is 04/13/95. The estimated cost range is between $25,000. and $100,000. This estimated cost range includes the cost of the government furnished tanks. All responsible sources may submit a bid.
