Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, material, and perform all operations necessary to demolish existing hangar portion of Aero Club Facility and to construct and attach a new pre-engineered maintenance hangar facility. Also included is a new open wash rack 30 feet by 40 feet, site work, structural work, mechanical work, electrical work, a 3000 gallon oil water separator, and a concrete apron with tie-downs for 3 airplaines. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted. Interested firms should indicate whether they are a prime or subcontractor.
