Smith, Contracting Officer, 301/713-0823 This is a procurement by the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) on a firm fixed price basis for services to resurface press cyclinders on a Harris five-color 60-inch offset printing press model no. 560A which is located in the U.S. Dept. of Commerce building in Washington, DC. The contractor shall remove, clean, and disassemble five (5) plate, five (5) blanket, and five (5) impression cylinders. The cylinders shall be resurfaced to stated specifications; the contractor shall install the resurfaced cylinders and reassemble the press to meet original manufacturer specifications.
