The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst is seeking potential sources, industry comments, and product information for the acquisition of a CO2 Gas Analyzer. The gas analyzer must be capable of continuous monitoring of an airflow approaching five pounds per second. Data reduction and presentation must be real time with the end product being curves of agent concentration versus time. The measurement system must process and present at least twelve discrete and simultaneous concentration curves. The range of the analyzer must support CO2 measurement at 0 - 40% concentation levels. Overall envelope dimensions of the measurement system should be minimized to allow system portability and the potential for in-flight testing of helicopters and larger fixed wing aircraft. Respondents are requested to furnish information to include lead time, price range estimate, technical brochures, and availability as an off the shelf item. Respondents are cautioned that a formal solicitation may not necessarily result from this request. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information for the Government. Response is requested by March 28, 1995. Any requisition for copies of solicitations will not be addressed since this is a request for information not a request for proposal.
