Sweetra, (215)897-5560 The FISC Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, intends to acquire, on a full and open competitive basis, one (1) Clothing Testing Chamber (approximately 10'wide X 15' long X 19'' high), Working Drawings and a Radiant Heat Source for the Navy Clothing & Textile Research Facility, Natick, MA. Chamber shall provide Uniform Air Flow and Control from Wall to Wall, Air Temperature ranging from -17 degrees C to 55 degrees C, Humidification and Dehumidification Control of Air from 5% to 95% Relative Humidity, have Electrical Outlets Within the Chamber, Selectable Levels of Fluorescent Lighting, and a Single Viewing Window approximately 24'' X 36''. Radiant Heat Source shall Radiate Uniform and Variable Energy from 0 to 1000 Watts Per Square Meter. Working Drawings shall be delivered 3 months ADC with Installation to be completed within 6 months after approval of Working Drawings. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated.
