Firms believing they can provide the required equipment at a lower price under the same terms and conditions of the I-NET authorized GSA schedule shall submit a written response to be received at the contracting office no later than 15 calendar days after the date of publication of this information. Sufficient technical documentation to verify compliance with the stated requirements, as well as terms and conditions and a copy of the current GSA schedule, if applicable, must be provided. Responses shall include firm fixed prices for the equipment. Oral communications are not acceptable. All responses from responsible sources will be considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. If no affirmative responses are received by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard time on the 15th calendar day after publication of this notice which clearly demonstrates a firm's ability to supply all required equipment, an order will be issued to I-NET under the applicable GSA contract.
