Offerors will be required to submit a written technical proposal for a greatest value evaluation. The annual estimated value of the lots are as follows: aluminum $300,000., copper $25,000., brass 15,000., titanium $150,000. Offerors are not required to submit an offer for all lots. Contract period will be one base year and four option years. If all lots are awarded to a single offeror, the total estimated value of the contract would be $2,450,000.
