A -- AIRCRAFT BATTLE DAMAGE ASSESSMENT AND REPAIR TECHNOLOGY (ABDAR) POC Contact Point-Carol Franco, (210) 536-5774, Jim Day, (210) 536-5770. This is an amendment to an announcement that appeared in the Commerce Business Daily (Issue No. PSA-1172, page 2) on 30 Jan 95. This is to announce that the ABDAR program will use the Research and Development Streamlined Contracting Procedures as announced in the Federal Register, Volume 58, Number 211, Wednesday, November 3, 1993. Under these test procedures the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be placed in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD). A supplemental package, containing the Satement of Work and Data will be issued to those Contractors on the source list concurrent with the RFP release in the CBD. ABDAR has been set-aside for Small Disadvantages Business (SDB). Those SDB who previously responed to the synopsis or attended the Pre-Proposal Conference need not formally request the supplemental package. Other interested SDB must request the supplemental package in writing. Contact with the technical program office is permissible until RFP release in the CBD. A Technical Document Center (TDC) in support of ABDAR will be avialable on 1 Mar 95, and remain available until RFP closure. The TDC will be located at Wright-Patterson AFB OH, Area B, Building 190, Room 112. Users must complete a Registration Form, provide proof of citizenship, and provide an approved DD Form 2345 (Military Critical Technical Data Agreement), prior to making an appointment to use the TDC. Registration form may be obtained by contacting LT J.C. Bradford, (513) 255-2606, FAX (513) 255-4250. Hours of operation for the TDC are from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Friday. Appointments are required and may be scheduled by contacting Lt Bradford after 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Certain documents may be checked out overnight and returned no later than 9:00 AM the following day. There will not be any reproduction facilities available on-site. (0053)
