Long, (202)260-2173 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to negotiate a contract for services for the following: 1) to obtain software development, enhancement, operation and maintenance support services; 2) to provide general purpose computer/microcomputer Local Area Network (LAN) administration support services such as trouble shooting, daily backups, server configuration and reconfiguration, LAN software installation and maintenance, virus and security protection, performance monitoring, and other LAN administration functions; 3) to provide equipment maintenance and repair support services; and 4) to provide Information and Help Desk support services. This procurement will be processed as an 8(a) competitive procurement. The anticipated contract will contain a base period and three option periods totaling approximately 60 months.
