Diagnostic Software to be supplied and utilized in testing and for each repair action. Remedial maintenance is required during a principal period of maintenance (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except Government Holidays), with charges based on a fixed monthly maintenance rate. Remedial Maintenance is required during a per call maintenance period (covers all hours outside the principal period of maintenance), with charges based on a fixed per call hourly rate. The per call hourly rate applies only when the Government's service request is placed during the per call maintenance period. Loaner equipment may be required. All maintenance to be performed on site at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA 22448. The contract will provide for a base period of 9 months (1 Jan 96 - 30 Sept 96) and four option years (12 months duration each option year).
