L -- ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF COMBAT SYSTEM SWITCHBOARD/SWITCHING SYSTEMS SOL N00024-92-G-4108 POC N. Christopher, Contract Specialist, (703) 602-0204. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of a one year extension under Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-92-G-4108 with Martin Marietta Services, Inc., 2131 Route 38, Cherry Hill, NJ 08358. Orders will be issued for engineering services and materials relative to Ordinance Alterations (ORDALT) and Field Change in support of Combat System Switchboards/Switching Systems. Vitro Corporation and Martin Marietta are the two original design agents associated with the switchboard ORDALTs and posess the unique data bases and capability to maintain the momentum and continuity of switchboard design and improvement. No other source has the technical qualifications and necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
