The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA intends to enter into negotiations with Infotec Development, Inc., 3505-M Caddilac Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA 92626, to increase the level of effort and extend existing Contract N00123-92-D-0054. The current contract, awarded 15 November 1991 under full and open, unrestricted competitive procedures, includes FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The Government anticipates extending the current contract by 6 months (from 15 November 1995 through 14 May 1996) and estimates an increase of 250,000 hours. The extension is required to ensure continuity of mission essential engineering and technical support services until award of the five-year follow-on contract, which will be competed under full and open, unrestricted procedures.
