The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Control, Communication, Computer and Intelligence (C4I) Systems Directorate (PD70) plans to acquire continued Command Systems (CS) technical support services from Planning Research Corporation (PRC), Inc. through modification to exisiting PRC contract N00039-95-C-0001. The contract will be modified to provide additional term consisting of a firm three month term with an optional three month term. This action will provide for continued CS technical support services until a follow-on competitive contract can be awarded in early FY96. The planned award date for the modification to N00039-95-C-0001 is 1 April 1995.--Qty. 40 staff years-firm.
