Bids are requested for construction of an Administrative Building with Tracon, and PHASE II Renovation of the ATCT at Bishop Int'l Airport, Flint, Michigan. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment,materials,supplies,permits, and transportation required to perform the work consists of, but is not limited to: A. Site earthwork, demolition, civil, grading, utility relocation, construct sidewalks, asphalt road and parking lot and landscaping. B. Construction of a single story masonry 5800 sq.ft. Administrative Building with TRACON. C. Construction of a corridor Link to the existing Flint ATCT. D. Demolition and Renovation of the interior and exterior of the existing six floor ATCT (not included is the ATCT Cab). E. Installation of all electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems in new Administrative Building. F. Micsellaneous other work and demolition as shown on drawings. The estimated issue date of the solicitation will be on or about April 24, 1995. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract duration is 270 calendar days.
