Rust Geotech Inc., Prime Contractor to the DOE, solicits letters of interest from prospective proposers for the following: Construction of a RCRA type lined repository with a capacity of approximately 2.3 million cubic yards. Construction consists of earthwork, liner installations, leachate collection system construction, cover construction, and all related activities. This contract also includes the excavation, transporting (1.5 miles onsite), and the placement of approximately 2.3 million cubic yards of uranium mill tailings and radiological contaminated soils and debris on a 110 acre millsite. The project site is Southeast Utah, City of Monticello, San Juan County. Estimated value $25,000,000 - $50,000,000. Subcontract period of performance approximately November 1, 1995 through 1999.
