Renovation of rooms in the Air Force Base Building located at K.I. Sawyer AFB in Gwinn, Michigan consists of but is not limited to: Install redundant HVAC system and associated duct work, remove existing duct work, furnish and install 2 new HVAC units; Construct an exterior building chase, condenser units, concrete pads & piping; Install FAA engine generator, new power service run, and new power distribution panel; Modification and extension of interior walls, door hardware change outs; Roof: install a fence around existing radar structure, install Government furnished roof hoist-winch, fabricate and install 2 antenna mounts & cabling; miscellaneous civil and electrical work as described in drawings and specifications.
