Cole Contracting Officer tel: (806)885-3995 The work for this project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and related items for removing and replacing approximately 1770 square yards of portland cement concrete surface course, preparing and sealing approximately 16,530 linear feet of joints in existing and new portland cement concrete, preparing and sealing approximately 10, 410 linear feet of cracks in existing asphalt pavement, applying approximately 3.440 square yards of bituminous surface treatment on taxiway shoulders, runway and taxiway painting, approximately 120 square feet of partial depth repair of existing portland cement concrete pavement, and other related items of work. Work shall be performed at and on Reese AFB, located 10 miles west of Lubbock, TX. Invitation for Bids will be issued on or about 15 MAR 95 with a tentative bid opening date of 14 APR 95. Performance time is 200 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. A statutory cost limitation does apply. A bid guarantee amount of twenty percent (20%) shall be submitted with the bid on the proper form. This is a full & open competition and the Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1771. The related small business size standard is $7 million. Small and Small/Disadvantaged business concerns are encouraged to participate in this request.
