Z -- REPAIR ICE FACILITY WALLS, U.S. ARMY COLD REGIONS RESEARCH AND ENGINEERING LABORATORY, HANOVER, NEW HAMPSHIRE SOL DACA33-95-B-0051 DUE 042795 POC Jerry Nunziato, 617-647-8424 The work of this project consists of 2,500 SF of cement plaster repairs, grout repairs of 16 pipe penetrations, and painting 20,000 SF on four reinforced concrete laboratory tanks. Cement plaster repairs include removing existing plaster and corroded diamond mesh lath and replacing with new plaster and galvanized steel lath. Grout repairs include removing foam insulation and plaster from tank wall pipe penetrations and sealing the penetrations by injecting epoxy grout. Once repaired, tanks are to be painted. The project includes miscellaneous concrete repair at the base of a building column. Estimated cost of the work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Work shall be completed within 120 calendar days. Plans and specifications available on or about 022295 at a cost of $11.00 per set. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the New England Division.(0053)
