Each generator shall be capable of operating as a prime unit with one unit online at a time and the second unit in standby mode. Standard generator features shall include the following: Voltage, load and frequency regulation. Built in automatic starter and battery, brushless alternator rated to 125 Deg C. Engine speed governor. Fuel transfer pump. Engine air and oil filters. Exhaust muffler. Engine cooling radiator rated to 50 Deg C. Structural steel base. Four cycle diesel engine. Integral vibration isolation. A full warranty shall be provided for a period of 1 year minimum from installation. Award of a SUPPLY type contract with FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) provisions is contemplated. This procurement is set aside for small business.
