WATSON, (360)476-5008 Portable dust collector assemblies suitable for
removing and collecting fine smoke, dust, paint chips, corrosion
products and fine abrasive particles in a moderately loaded exhaust
stream. Assemblu shall be suitable for operation in an outdoor marine
industrial environment, in a salt and dust laden atmosphere and wind
driven rain, sleet and snow. Dust collector assembly shall consist of
inlet ductwork, a dust collector and hopper(s), a dust collector blower
inlet transition, a blower and motor, a flanged multi-blade discharge
volume damper, exhaust ductwork, and an electrical control panel; all
assembled as one unit. Quantity 7 each. The following size and weight
limitations apply: overall dimensions including the base shall not
exceed 45 inches wide X 14 feet long X 11 feet high. No portion of
equipment or enclosure shall extend beyond these dimensions. Inlet duct
connection must be available from the 45 inch end. Total weight of the
assembly shall not exceed 14,000 lbs. This procurement is a 100% small
business set-aside. Desired delivery is on or before 150 days after
contract award date. Notes 1 and 9 apply. Inspection at source
