49 -- PORTABLE PNEUMATIC REGULATION PANELS SOL RFO 10-95-0017 DUE 043095 POC Carol Neeley, Contract Specialist, OP-ESO-A, 407-867-3406 Barton P. Scott, Contracting Officer. This project is to be 100% Small Business Set-Aside with the SIC code being 4923. The Contractor shall provide four pneumatic fill panels and one PRP (Portable Pneumatic Regulation Panel). The four pneumatic fill panels include (1) a 15 psi MAWP GHe system fill panel, (2) a 15,000 psi GN2 system fill panel, (3) a 5,500 psi MAWP GHe fill panel. The required PRP needs to regulate GN2 at an inlet pressure of 6,00 psig to outlet pressures of 500 psig and 100 psig through the use of two reduction stages. Government furnished equipment for this project will consist of all KC fittings per GP-425, all stainless steel tubing per KSC-SPEC-Z-0007, and required major components (valves, gauges, regulators). All other components will be provided by the fabricator. Detailed specifications will be included in the RFO. Award of contract is contingent upon availability of funds. This procurement will be conducted under the NASA Midrange Pilot Test Program approved by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy on April 15, 1993.
