58 -- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AN ORDER AGAINST A GSA NON-MANDATORY SCHEDULE CONTRACT. SUPPLY/EQUIPMENT CODE: 58 - GLOBAL POSITIONING SATELLITE (GPS) NAVIGATION SYSTEM SOL DAHA90-95-F-OTBD due 031095. POC Maj Dan Clever, Contracting Officer, (703)681-0606, FAX (703) 681-0600. The National Guard Bureau (NGB) announces it's intent to award an order against a GSA NON-Mandatory Schedule Contract. The proposed Contractor is Trimble Navigation, the proposed GSA schedule contract is: GSOOk93AGS0667 PS02. The procurement contemplated is for thirteen (13) each Global Postioning Satellite (GPS) Navigation Systems Model TNL3100NVG (including antennae and commerical operator's manuals). The intended application of the equipment desired is for installation aboard OH-58A+helicopters. All responses from responsive sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. The equipment to be procured is needed not later than 20 Jun 95. Prospective offerors should submit pricing date to the Contracting Officer identified in line #11 above, not later than 10 Mar 95. This notice was published previously on 12 Jan 95, however, the classification was incorrect. The correct Supply Code is 58. (053)
