Holloway, (303)242-0731 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Grand Junction CO intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Radiometer America Inc for their Model ABL520 computerized pH/Blood Gas/Oximetry System. Justification - only one responsible source available for required equipment and no other equipment will satisfy agency requirements. The system must combine blood gas/oximetry testing in one unit requiring only one sample. Systems interfacing blood gas and co-oximeter analyzers requiring separate samples do not meet our requirements. Any offerer purporting to be able to furnish the requirement in accordance with the conditions stated herein must submit a written proposal demonstrating such capability by 4/17/95.
