This procurement is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed procurement action is to acquire two Personal Computer Microsoft Windows based Digital Vibration Control Systems (DVCS) for use in dynamic testing of various missiles, missile components, and support equipment. The control systems will be used to perform shock and vibration tests using existing exciters. The DVCS shall be capable of controlling vibration equipment and analyzing field and laboratory test data to the requirements set forth in the solicitation. All vibration control shall have the ability to control independent hydraulic or electrodynamic exciters. Detailed performance requirements are set forth in the solicitation. Delivery is 120 days after award. Firm-fixed-price type contract is contemplated.
