The U.S. Army Topographic Engineering Center intends to procure 88 copies of Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) ARC-INFO software to include all of the ARC-INFO software modules (ARC-INFO Network, ARC-INFO TIN, ARC-INFO GRID, ARCSCAN, and ARCSTORM), licensing agreements and maintenance subscription services. This software is required for the Digital Topographic Support System (DTSS)/Quick Response Multicolor Printer (QRMP). The requirement for the purchase of this brand name software is based upon FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The supplies required are specialized software necessary to meet the specific functional requirements of the DTSS/QRMP. The DTSS/QRMP is an automated capability supporting tactical intelligence and related activities. This procurement will be structured as a basic year with three (3) option years.
