Cooper, Contracting Officer, (304) 285-4160 Design, fabricate and test two natural gas fired preheaters for the Hot Gas Desulphurization Process Development Unit. The preheaters will heat air, steam, or nitrogen. The units must be capable or both local and remote control and fit within a volume of 10 feet wide by 7 feet long by 16 high. Delivery is required within 270 days after date of contract. M. W. Kellogg will assist in the review of proposals and review construction drawing submittals. Drawings must be supplied on Autocad version 12 3.5 inch diskettes and as hardcopies plotted on mylar or vellum.
