Ponce, Contracting Officer, (505)784-2888. This solicitation is for Replace General Officer's Quarters, Project No. CZQZ93-0177 at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. Project No. CZQZ93-0177, includes the demolition of an existing 2,300 square foot residence and the construction of a new 3,400 square foot General Officer's quarters. Magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance time is 240 calendar days. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns that meet this criteria who wish to be considered in accordance with Public Law and Federal Acquisition Regulations should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing to the Contracting Officer evidence of capability to perform (including references for similar work with points of contact, telephone numbers and contract numbers), letter from bonding company certifying maximum level of bonding for the proposed project, affirmative statement requesting set-aside action and INTENT TO BID, a positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern and a nonrefundable check of $40.00 made payable to the Treasurer of the United States for the solicitation package. EVEN IF YOU HAVE SENT EVIDENCE OF SDB ELIGIBILITY ON A PRIOR SOLICITATION, YOU MUST SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION THAT WILL BECOME A PART OF THIS SOLICITATION FILE. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns within 15 days of this notice, this solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns as well as from SDB concerns. Firms should indicate whether they are women owned, small, or large business concerns. Also firms should state if they are interested as a prime contractor or as a subcontractor. IFB will be issued on or about 13 Mar 95. Site Visit is scheduled for 24 Mar 95. Bid Opening is set for 13 Apr 95. There will be nonrefundable charge of $40.00 for this solicitation.
