SOLICITATION NOTICE - The project covered by this statement consists of furnishing all plant, labor, supplies, equipment, materials and transportation to construct a 10,370 SF masonry structure with a 26,000 SF paved parking area in accordance with the plans and specifications. There are five additive bid items which are as follows: 1. Air conditioning for all habitable spaces; 2. Upgrade wall, floor & ceiling finishes; 3. Clerestory above central waiting room; 4. Demolition of two buildings which total 12,246 SF; and 5. Add plantings, sitewalls, exterior lighting, concrete patio off of staff lounge, and crushed stone at perimeter of building. There are also two deductible bid items which are as follows: 1. Change exterior face brick to exterior face CMU, and 2. Change door material, ceiling tile grid, vinyl composition tile, and delete pedigrid depression, PA system in corridors. Performance period is 300 days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed. All work is at Otis Air National Guard Base, Falmouth, Massachusetts. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and is listed as unrestricted.
