This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (Public Law 100-656). SIC Code - 1629; Small Business Size Standard is $17 million. The Corps of Engineers is committed to substantive participation of small disadvantaged (SDB) and women-owned enterprises in the performance of the work for this contract. If you are a large business and your bid will exceed $1,000,000 you will be required to submit a subcontracting plan. For this contract, the following goals expressed in terms of percentages of total planned subcontracting dollars will be established: Small Business - 60.3%, Small Disadvantaged Business - 9.8%, Women-Owned Small Business - 2.9%, and Subcontract Reporting (SF294 and SF295) - 100%. Estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
