Z -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE SOUTH JERSEY DISTRICT AREA WITH MINOR ASBESTOS REMOVAL Sol. 232098-95-A-0095. Due 033195. The United States Postal Service is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for repair and alterations projects throughout the Southern New Jersey area for the Postal Service. The contractor must be licensed to removal 3 square/linear feet or less or friable ACBM. No preproposal conference is scheduled. The work to be performed under this contract is to be coordinated through the work-order process. At the discretion of the Contracting Officer, one or more contracts may be awarded. Contractors must have a minimum of two (2) years experience as of the date of issue in repair and alteration work. Contractors must also possess the capabilities of working at least four (4) jobs at the same time. Specific work order(s) will be issued by the Contracting Officer in accordance with the Unit Price Schedule and Specifications. Work orders will be issued totaling not more than $250,000.00 during the two (2) year period of the contract. The initial limit of $250,000.00 may be increased by modification as agreed upon by the Contractor and the Contracting Officer up to a maximum of $1,000,000.00. The Postal Service guarantees no specific number of work orders nor a specific amount offer. Offerors will be required to submit one (1) ``Multiplier'' to be applied to the various Unit Prices established in the Unit Price Schedule. The Multiplier must contain the Offeror's overhead, profit, bonds, insurance and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after Contract Award. Award will be based on proposal considered most advantageous to the United States Postal Service.
