The work includes organizing and presenting two 4 1/2 day training sessions on the general topic ''Native American Traditions and Cultures.'' One of the sessions will focus on Native Americans in eastern regions of the country, and the other will focus on Native Americans in western regions of the country. Both sessions will share the following general objectives: (a) to sensitize DoD cultural resource managers to Native American lifeways and cultures; and (b) to introduce DoD cultural resource managers to the history of peoples in North America. The contractor must be able to perform at least 50% of all work in-house. The Standard Industrial Code is 8299. The related small business size is $3.5 million. This proposed contract is unrestricted. The offerors will be evaluated on price and other non-price (technical) related criteria.
