Yamagata,415/744-8125 The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, technical expertise, and incidentals to perform approximately 7,000 square feet of interior space alterations for the United States Marshal's Service located at the Prince Kuhio Federal Building/Courthouse, 300 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu, HI. The spaces include a training room, shower rooms, detention cells, interview rooms, food preparation areas, etc. This procurement is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both small and large businesses. The estimated cost range for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000, with an estimated completion time of 120 calendar days.
