The United States Postal Service is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for demolition of the existing HVAC/Boiler system and providing a new and complete heating and air conditioning system. This includes new boiler, new roof-top air conditioning units and associated piping, ductwork, wiring and controls at the Monessen, Pennsylvania Post Office. Cost is estimated between $75,000 and $150,000 and construction time is 90 days. No preproposal conference is scheduled. Award will be based on proposal considered most advantageous to the United States Postal Service.
