The project consists of furnishing manpower, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the Tower Building Lighting Upgrade Project. at the New Orleans, Louisiana postal facility in accordance with plans and specifications. The work shall include but is not limited to changing (approximately 3,753) lighting fixtures and providing proper ground connection of lighting fixtures. System shall provide proper access to outlet boxes to meet the national electrical code. The work should be performed between 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM during weekdays and/or anytime during weekends.
