This project consists of constructing an addition of approximately 7,300 SF to the east side of the exisiting Child Development Center (building 195),a new parking lot, new access drive, and associated site work. The addition will have multi-purpose rooms (classrooms), corridors, toilets, and mechanical space. A small portion of the exsiting building will have to to be remodeled to provide access to the new addition. Estimated cost range of the project is 1,000,000 to $5,000,000. An advanced non-refundable fee of $25.00 (half size) $63.00 (full size) is required for each set of specifications.
