This notice replaces our previous notice as follows: A requirements contract for a basic year plus one option year is contemplated to replace built up roofing systems (BURS). Contractors can anticipate 100 units in the first Delivery Order. Estimated project magnitude for the life of the contract is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Performance period for the first Delivery Order will be negotiated before issue. This solicitation is unrestricted. All solicitation requests must be submitted in writing. A nonrefundable fee of $9.00 payable to the United States Department of Treasury, is required for each solicitation requested. Mainland contractors are encouraged to provide Airborne, Federal Express, or DHL account numbers with their request for solicitation documents to expedite delivery.
