Project consists of installation of basement fire escape windows and window wells. Removal of existing windows & screens and installation of new wood double-hung insulated windows with screens. Removal of existing wood siding. Furnish & install steel siding & all finishing necessary. Furnish & install insulated sheeting and air infiltration barrier. Removal of existing shingles & installation of new shingles. Removal of existing gutters and dowspouts & replace with seamless gutters and downspouts. Miscellaneous exterior painting of concrete walls, gutters, & downspouts. Projects are located at various sites on the Black Hills National Forest. Contract time is 120 calendar days. (052)
