Power Plant Change (PPC) 493, under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0040. The estimated quantities to be procured are 234 kits in FY 95 with options for 205 kits in FY 96 and 247 kits in FY 97. United Technologies Corporation, Pratt & Whitney, Government Engines & Space Propulsion, West Palm Beach, Florida, who is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the TF30 series engines, is the only known source to the Government that possesses sufficient data to perform this effort.
