Box 3, Filton, Bristol, England for 12 FY 1996 F405-RR-401 engines for the T-45A aircraft. Rolls-Royce is the sole designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the model F405-RR-401 engine and therefore possesses the unique experience and capabilities required to fulfill this requirement.
