The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, Florida intends to issue a solicitation for twelve (12) each Low Noise Fluxgate Triaxial Magnetometers. Program requirements and schedule require a non-developmental system with specifications for an External Triaxial Magnetometer. After evaluation of the proposals, the apparent successful offeror will be required to deliver a sample magnetometer via overnight delivery. The Government will perform a benchmark test to ensure that the product meets the performance and physical requirements of the specification. If the product is not acceptable, the process will continue until a technically acceptable offeror passes the benchmark test. The end product must be delivered to Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, Florida 32407-7001 NLT 30 Jun 1995. Note 1 applies. (0055)
